Life moves quickly sometimes.

Went to look at a couple of condos last weekend with Geneve, and made an offer on one this weekend. It's a 620 square foot unit with lots of light, and it looks out onto the West Hartford town hall. Within walking distance to the Centre too, which is key: means I won't have to drive everywhere.

But damn, I just put an offer down on a freakin condo!

The scariest thing about the whole process was that it was unfamiliar. Even though I'm pretty sure I got a handle on everything, and I trust my real estate agent, during the whole process there was still that voice in the back of my mind, wondering if I was getting screwed in a very uncomfortable place...
