MLB and Sling Media may duke it out in the courts

Major League Baseball is upset that Sling Media's place-shifting technology allows people to watch a baseball game in a market in which a different cable operator has already paid to broadcast. Basically, MLB is worried that the internet and Sling are disruptive, and are seemingly clinging to old ways to deal with the change instead of seeing disruption as an opportunity.
