A refreshing media exec tells it like it is

Rishad Tobaccowala, CEO of Denuo, is remarkably candid about not having all the answers. Not having answers is unfamiliar territory for media companies, but they're going to have to get used to experimenting, failing, and learning, like many technology companies do.
