Skype, Kazaa founders' new P2P TV project unveiled

Their new venture is called The Venice Project, and it doesn't sound exciting--it's an app that downloads video (although the sharing features are moving in the right direction.) These guys have a history of disruption, though, so I'm still very curious. See also GigaOm's Q&A with founder Janus Friis.
