Rowat remarked last night

that he enjoys go-karting in China. The difference in the go-karting experience between here and North America, he noted, is that in China when you and three other cars crash into each other at top speed, the attendents run over, sort you out toute suite, and send you on your way. In North America, they'd take you off the track and lecture you for a couple minutes before maybe allowing you back on the track.

Hell, I was involved in a pileup where I snapped the strut holding the wheel to the axle which resulted in the car only being able to steer left, and the attendent ran over, laughed, and then screamed at his co-workers to get me in another car ASAP. Beautiful.
