Kazaa is basically the New Napster

, except it supports downloading of all types of files, not just music.

It has, of course, attracted the ire of the Recording Industry Association of America and the Motion Picture Association of America.

In this article, Wired explores the attempts to file suit against Kazaa, which is based in various capacities in Estonia, Denmark, Australia, and Vanuatu.
