It's one of those tools that you probably don't know how much you need until you have it.
Already, it's made my life easier *and* has gotten good reviews from two co-workers.
As one of them said, "It's a far better system than I could build for $1,000."
Implicit in this statement, of course, is the notion that the development of a bug-tracking system is worth an attempt simply because of the value it adds.
