I'd like to be Sir Naps-a-lot

The BBC drops some nap-related knowledge as it relates to productivity.

"Grabbing an hour's sleep during the day may be as beneficial as a whole night in bed, according to scientists. Those whose sleep involved [both slow-wave and REM phases] fared significantly better than those who had no sleep when given the learning test later in the day."

More compelling evidence to have nap rooms when I start up a company.
