Interesting exercise in group dynamics

The group has been split apart into groups: creative, development, business people, and user research. We have been asked to prioritize 9 features of a product. Creative is rating on Resource Feasibility, Developers on Technical Feasibility, Business on Importance to Business, and User Research on Importance to the Visitor.

Interesting to see how the groups polarize pretty much instantaneously, and being in the developer group, it's interesting to see that the business people, um, prioritize the bells and whistles quite highly.
