The Toronto Raptors just fired their GM, Rob Babcock, and I am watching live streaming video of the press conference on

This seriously rocks. I've never seen live video of breaking news like this on the web. It's a great move, considering that most people interested in this story aren't in front of a TV right now.

TSN, which has deep ties in the Toronto market, broke the story and had a link up to view the streaming press conference before any other sports news website had picked up the story. Given that TSN is a small operation, I'm impressed they've got their ducks in a row to set up a streaming video feed on such little notice.

Well done, TSN!

They did it a few times for NHL lockout updates over the past year or so.

Their website needs some serious tweaking on some parts, but they've had some good live feeds for news, especially when they have the chance to set it up.

Yes - congrats to TSN and all that jazz - but more importantly congrats to all Raptor fans out there. :)
