How to Find the Right Partner for Your Next Startup

The internet connects people with niche interests.

Entrepreneurs are a set of people who often have problems connecting with the right people to start a company:

Even with a large network, it’s extremely difficult to find someone who’s passionate about your idea, gets it, has the right skills, and has the ability to jump from whatever they’re doing into a new project. It’s a major pain point, and it’s not easy to solve.
It's not all about whether you know Ruby on Rails, or mySQL, or are a javascript guru (though these things are obviously important).

The soft stuff is also incredibly important when you're in a small, fast-paced environment.

Recognizing this problem, my friend Eric launched Build v1 two weeks ago.

Build v1 is a simple site with one aim: to connect compatible entrepreneurs.

And it's concerned with the soft stuff, asking things like: what your philosophy is on running a company?  What do you bring to the table? etc.

It's Craigslist-y in design (this is a good thing) and if it can attract the right kind of people, it has a chance to really take off.

So if you are the right kind of people, head on over to Build V1.

Thanks Kareem!

If anyone has any questions/feedback about BuildV1, let me know.

I'd love to know how I can improve the site.
