European Vacation
I'm in Copenhagen right now, having just attended euroGEL, the first European Good Experience Live conference put on by my friend Mark Hurst and the fine people at Good Experience.
Highlights from the conference will have to wait, as I am unplugging for a week and heading to the Swiss Alps with Geneve to do some reading, reflecting, and hiking.
This weekend was spent exploring Copenhagen for the second time. This time, however, Geneve and I were lucky enough to have a fantastic guide: Dane Alexander Kjerulf, otherwise known as the Chief Happiness Officer, spent the weekend showing Geneve, me, and mutual friend Traci Fenton around this freaking amazing city. Copenhagen is a delight to look at: the people are beautiful and hip, and the old-school architecture is wonderfully juxtaposed with modern Danish design. I'd certainly come back (and hope to for Reboot and/or euroGEL next year!)
So: unplugging for a week. Flying back to LA from Zurich on Sept 11. Back online after that.
If you need me, I'll be in Switzerland.

Kareem, was good to meet you at euroGel (am already coming back in 2007 - http://www.new-destiny.co.uk/andrew/blog/2006/09/19/booked-eurogel-2007/). I hope you enjoyed your trip to Switzerland. So I'm curious, where do all the pictures of the cute babes come from for your blog? I'm really gonna have to spend some more time in CA if this is what it's like... :)
