Flickr GM apologizes for mistake
This is how an apology to a community should be written. Stewart explains the situation, takes responsibility, and assures the community that changes will be made to prevent the same mistake from happening again. Great to see him owning the issue and using it as an opportunity to change. There's far too little of that going on these days.
