, my brain hurts. Two days ago, I was at the Cutter Summit and heard brilliant minds like Joel Spolsky, Tom DeMarco, and Jim Highsmith speak about Project Management. Spolsky, incidentally, speaks as well as he writes. The man is talented. Good stuff.

Today, I was at Rob Thomsett's eXtreme Project Management seminar. That man is absolutely brilliant, and I learned more about formal yet agile tools and techniques today for managing projects effectively than I have in the last, well, ever.

I'll write more about some of the stuff I learned once I have decompressed a bit.
