[New York] Celebrated over brunch

today by downing enough mimosas to finish half a bottle of champagne. Geneve and I wandered around SoHo this afternoon, half drunk. Watched an eight-year-old kid wearing a 101 Dalmations t-shirt in a second floor window at the corner of Spring and Lafayette. Kid was playing spinning CDs on his boombox and groovin to the beats...for four hours.

Oh yes. We were celebrating my new job at espn.com.

Sad to leave the great people and great work being done at ALS TDF, but I can't really convey how much sense this decision makes for me. Sports and computers. It's gonna be great.
