Ramy met me at the airport and told me that if I wanted to impress a Japanese person, I should show an interest in the language. He taught me a key phrase: chin chin ta te ru, which means "nice to meet you".

Said that to his Japanese girlfriend and her friend, who both dissolved into fits of giggles. Something told me Ramy wasn't being honest with me...
