[-New York-] Psyched yet slightly nervous.
Boss hooked me and three other peeps from work up with Raptors-Knicks tickets at Madison Square Garden tomorrow night. MSG is a fantastic place to watch a basketball game--it's akin to watching a Leafs game in Toronto. The fans are incredibly knowledgeable and probably because of the deep roots that playground ball has in NYC , appreciate creativity more than any other place I've seen a game.
At the same time, the security here is tight. There are National Guardsmen in the subways and potential public targets like Grand Central Station. Everytime I ride thte subway, I can't help but think how bad it would be if anything were to happen...
